Marie LaPre' Grabon attended Massachusetts College of Art in Boston, MA. She graduated in 1967 with a degree in Art Education. She received her M.A. in Drawing and Painting from Goddard College in Plainfield, VT in 1981.
Marie has taught in the Education Dept. at Goddard College, and in the Communications Dept. at Lyndon State College. She is currently teaching art related subjects in the Fine Art Dept. at Johnson State College.
Marie has exhibited her artwork extensively throughout New England. She works in a variety of media and continues to explore themes related to birth, death and female spirituality in her two and three dimensional work.
